This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the location was unbeatable, with stunning views of Sweden's deepest lake right from my room's balcony. Secondly, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, from the friendly reservation staff to the attentive service throughout. Finally, the attention to detail was impressive, with little touches like a coffee and snack station, a games room, and even a kitchenette on the same level as the spa. It's rare to find such value for money and basic amenities like these.

The location right by the lake adds to the dreamy atmosphere, and the nearby town has everything you might need. The luxurious yet comfy feel of the hotel is highly recommended.

The hotel has excellent views of a lake and mountains. I appreciated the quiet surroundings and comfortable beds. the staff was attentive and helpful, making it easy to communicate through text messages.

There was some dust on the tables in the room upon arrival, and the shower head could have used some updating.

Spent Easter in a beautiful hotel with fantastic food. The view of the lake was stunning and really made the experience one of a kind! The staff were really friendly and accommodating. They even packed us breakfast when we had an early departure. The restaurant was definitely a highlight. The food was exquisite, and it was great to have an onsite gym to work off all the deliciousness. Location-wise, it was in the perfect spot--close to everything we needed but also secluded enough to be a relaxing getaway.

There were some downsides. For one, the hotel was a little understaffed.

It was easy to find parking and transportation in this quiet location. The breakfast was great and the staff was very friendly and welcoming.

The friendly and helpful staff add to the overall positive experience, making you feel welcome and attended to throughout your stay. Additionally, the comfortable rooms and varied breakfast options contribute to a truly enjoyable stay.

No significant negatives - a highly satisfactory experience overall.

This hotel is located right by the lake, which offers amazing views and many nearby activities. the room we had was lovely and cosy, with a very comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the amenities such as the gym and spa were a great addition to the experience. the open fireplace in the common room was a great touch and made for a really cosy atmosphere. It was also great to have a complimentary washer and dryer to use.

There was a shortage of staff which meant that no one was often at the reception desk.
